The Redstone Cabin is a low sprawling Territorial House, restored to sophisticated elegance.

The Redstone Cabin serves contemporary cowboy cuisine in its intimate dining room and on its romantic patio, featuring a unique waterfall and open fire pit. The Redstone Cabin, located directly behind the Cowboy Club, is open to the public Wednesday through Sunday from 4:00pm to 10:00pm and is also available for private events.

House specialties include Buffalo Tenderloin with Brandy Peppercorn Sauce, Almond Crusted Halibut with Sweet Corn Risotto, and Coffee Crusted Filet Mignon.  We also feature an award-winning wine list to complement any meal and host a full bar.
